“IROilRigs”, or “IRO”, is the name we use to refer to the operations of IROilRigs Int'l Ltd. IROilRigs is the holding company group of businesses involved with oilrigs and oilfield equipment sales and leasing, petroleum and industrial chemicals trading, oil and gas exploration and development and turnkey services, oilfield concession management, and diversified petroleum industry related services.

IROilRigs specializes in oil and gas exploration, the provision of land-based and offshore oilrigs drilling services, oil well development services, small-scale refinery operations, oilfield concession and production sharing contract management and oilfield equipment leasing, sales and drilling turnkey services.

IRO has been offering these services since 1996 and its facilities and expertise have been used extensively in Indonesia, China, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. The company has extended its market coverage since 2002 to the Middle East through the formation of a Middle East joint venture company IROME (IROilRigs Middle East Ltd.). This company now has projects in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq and elsewhere in the region.

The company is an approved contractor for its services in China, Indonesia, Libya, Iran, Iraq, the Sudan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Somalia. The company has a joint venture operation in Saudi Arabia servicing Saudi Aramco project work.

STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

IROilRigs acts as an international marketing arm for the provision of the full range of Chinese oilrigs and drilling contracting, drilling services and oilfield equipment under project lease management arrangements.

IROilRigs has long-term strategic relationships with many China-based equipment manufacturers, operating under API Standards and licensed overseas technology from the USA, Canada and Europe.

IRO currently represents Chinese rig assemblers who are able to supply low cost, API standard, oil drilling rigs for on-shore and offshore applications including workover and drilling rigs of all power ratings. IRO is able to offer these rigs under low cost lease purchase or outright purchase terms.

Based on many years of working relationship, IRO has also developed strong business co-operation with many China-based drilling operators and drilling service providers. This has extended the services profile of IRO across all surface and downhole services including seismic services, logging programs, casing services, cementing, coring and perforation services and production pump supply and maintenance programs.

IROilRigs also has official letters of appointment to offer these services and the complete equipment profile including oilrigs, all tubulars and drill pipe, circulation equipment, cementing, acidizing and logging equipment, production pumps, wellhead equipment, pressure equipment (BOP) and other oilfield services tools and equipment.

SUBSIDIARY & AGENT OPERATIONS

To further strengthen our ability to offer fully integrated, drilling, oilfield, services and oilfield equipment services worldwide, IROilRigs has entered into a number of agency relationships.
